Fish so fresh, some of it was still alive! The little shimp in the basket were wiggling around!
I prefer my fish cleaned and vaccuum sealed. We got some sort of white filets, namely because Myer is dying to pick a fresh lemon from the lemon tree on the balcony. Of course they included a free lemon with the fish. I'm not going to tell him!
Also included a photo of the bread I got. They marked it with a B! Now I have patty cake stuck in my head!
That is just so gross! It amazes me people actually purchase that stuff. lol
ReplyDeleteJust plain fish filets like we are used to buying in the states are by far the minority there. Almost everything has a face still.

ReplyDeleteThats probably what they think about our junk food! Hahaha. Im having trouble finding healthy yet non weird stuff to eat. I kike chocolate milk and bread and butter here. End of list!
DeleteDoes not good to me at all!!! Our pond now has 3 pounds of minnows and soon will have more and after that we can catch some fish. Waiting to stock it with perch, bass, and catfish. Waiting patiently for the boys to return and catch some fish!
ReplyDeleteTheyll be excited and ready! Even abe. He is a whole different kid here. So grown up.
ReplyDeleteAt least you know it's fresh
ReplyDeleteI wish I was a more adventurous eater but those squid do not look appealijg to me!
DeleteYuck...Gag so gross! I'm pretty sure fish wouldn't be on our menu.
ReplyDeleteWe got some filets like youd by in the US but it was definitely the minority. Some of the other meats are just as gross. Ill do a post over them soon.
